Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our representative/ driver and transferred to Gangtok. Enjoy a scenic 4-5 hour drive through lush hills and beautiful mountain views. Once you arrive in Gangtok, check in to your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, explore M.G. Road, the lively pedestrian street with cafes, shops, and restaurants. You can enjoy a cup of tea, shop for local handicrafts, woolen clothes, and souvenirs, after a relaxing day, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2

After a hearty breakfast, embark on an exciting excursion to the stunning Tsomgo Lake, nestled amidst snow-capped mountains. Enjoy the serene beauty of the lake and, if you wish, indulge in activities like yak rides. From there, continue your journey to the revered Baba Mandir, dedicated to the legendary soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. Immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of the temple, located at a height of 13,000 feet. Later, drive back to Gangtok, where you can unwind and relax after a day full of breathtaking views and cultural experiences. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Note- Documents for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For Children below 18 years, Birth Certificate / School Id / College Id are must. Original needs to carry while travelling. In case of Land slide or any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing

Day 3

After a delicious breakfast, proceed with a scenic drive to Darjeeling, a charming hill station nestled in the Eastern Himalayas. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax and unwind. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the local markets or enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful town. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 4

Early in the morning (4:00 AM), visit Tiger Hill to see the beautiful sunrise over Kanchenjunga (subject to permit/token availability). After enjoying the view, return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, starting at 8:30 AM, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute to learn about mountaineering history. Then, head to the Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), where you can see rare animals like snow leopards and red pandas. Next, visit Tenzing Rock, a tribute to Tenzing Norgay, and take a scenic ride on the Ropeway to enjoy amazing views of Darjeeling. Afterward, visit the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays) to see Tibetan crafts and culture. Take in the lovely outer view of the Tea Garden, known for Darjeeling’s famous tea plantations, and visit the Japanese Temple, a peaceful place with beautiful views of the town. In the evening, you’ll have free time for shopping or relaxing. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 5

After breakfast Checkout from hotel and take, the departure transfers to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey.
