Meal plans play a huge role and can make a lot of difference in cost. Besides, all-inclusive options in a package usually save money since buying meals separately at the resort is expensive. UAE travelers booking holiday deals for Maldives should also check if their package includes airport transfers. You must know booking speedboats and seaplanes to reach your resort can add a big cost. Booking last minute? Maldives tour packages also feature local island guesthouses —an affordable alternative without losing the charm of turquoise lagoons.  Best Times for Holiday Deals in Maldives  The Maldives is a year-round destination, which means you’ll be blessed with golden tropical daylight and equatorial temperatures. However, you must know the timing of your Maldives tour package can highly impact your well-prepared budget.  Have a look at this month-by-month guide:  January  : Visiting the Maldives in January means plenty of sunshine and warmth. This is a perfect time for a beach holiday with diving and snorkeling options.  February – March  : These months are the driest with warm temperatures and low humidity, and a perfect time for diving and snorkeling. Due to the excess crowds and very popular time of the year, booking in advance is mandatory.  April :  Another amazing month to explore the Maldives! With a little rainfall at month end, April remains an incredible time to visit the Maldives. Exploring the Maldivian culture and trying out big game fishing in the region could be the highlight of your Maldives tour!  May – September :  Warm months with sunshine for a longer period, but with high rain and risk of storms. However, consider going between these months due to lower prices and attractive offers on Maldives holiday packages from Dubai. The highlight: Maldives’ Independence Day is celebrated on 26th July in style every year, with parades and festivals.  October – November :  Best months to see the majestic underwater world. If you’re extra lucky, you will witness gentle whale sharks and manta rays close to Hanifaru Bay. Besides, Maldives holiday packages offer plenty of deals to spend most of your time on the islands at this time of the year.  December :  With the festive season around, it’s the best time to come here and celebrate Christmas with your loved ones. December is usually warm with lots of sunshine but with an increased chance of rain and storms.  Experiences Beyond the Beach   A Maldives travel package is not only about lazing by the beach. Here’s what you shouldn’t miss:  Male Island : The most stunning island and Maldives’ capital city, from here you’ll start your island trip. Main attractions here are the Grand Friday Mosque, the fish market & the National Museum.  Meeru Island : This island in the North Male Atoll is one of the most populous islands in the Maldives. Surrounded by palm trees, ultramarine lagoons, and vivid reefs, this island is one of the glamorous spots in the Maldives. Experience the beauty with our Maldives travel packages in the coming months!  Biyadhoo Island : Biyadhoo Island, a haven for water sports lovers and divers. The hotel here is managed by the Taj Group India, which is surrounded by rich flora, calm seas, many diving locations, and colorful corals.  Vaadhoo Island : This island is specifically known for its charming sea of stars, which glows bright at night because of a chemical process called bioluminescence.  UAE Travelers’ Maldives Packing Checklist Packing right saves money and makes your Maldives tour package from Dubai more enjoyable.  Light cotton clothing/linens, 50+ SPF sunscreen, and a wide straw hat  A waterproof phone pouch for snorkeling trips  Carry USD amount for tips and local shops  If traveling during May-Nov, add a light rain jacket  Carry your snorkeling gear if you want to avoid rental costs.

This was a much-needed break after a busy few months. We didn't try to pack every hour with activities, which made the holiday much more enjoyable. Good food, beautiful places and plenty of time to relax.
